Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and appoint new distributors in the assigned territory
  • Manage General Trade (GT) sales and drive revenue growth
  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets on a monthly basis
  • Increase product reach by ensuring availability and visibility in retail outlets
  • Foster strong business relationships with distributors and key retailers
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, market competition, and customer feedback
  • Implement effective sales strategies to grow the market share
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, stock planning, and delivery
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and resolution of trade issues
  • Maintain daily sales activity reports and submit monthly performance reviews to management

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in FMCG General Trade sales (ice cream/dairy preferred)
  • Strong distributor and retailer network knowledge
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a willingness to travel extensively
