About the Role

LogiQlink Technologies is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in Human Resources. This role will give you exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations in a fast‑paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to‑to recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Post job openings on portals and social media platforms
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring status
  • Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes
  • Help in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
  • Maintain HR records and ensure proper documentation

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR functions (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and coordination ability
  • Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in HR domain

Eligibility

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA, BCom, MBA (HR), or related field
  • Freshers with strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply
