About the Role
LogiQlink Technologies is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in Human Resources. This role will give you exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations in a fast‑paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to‑to recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Post job openings on portals and social media platforms
- Maintain candidate databases and track hiring status
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Help in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Maintain HR records and ensure proper documentation
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR functions (preferred)
- Strong organizational and coordination ability
- Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR domain
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA, BCom, MBA (HR), or related field
- Freshers with strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply
