Web Application Architect/ Technical Delivery Lead

Primary Objective

Lead design and delivery of scalable web applications while driving enterprise‑level execution and stakeholder engagement.

Must-Have Skills

• 12+ years in web application development
• Strong experience in:
  • Frontend (React / modern JS frameworks)
  • API integration & full‑stack understanding
• Proven experience as:
  • Tech Lead / Module Lead / Delivery Lead
• Experience with:
  • Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Enterprise‑scale applications
• Strong stakeholder communication & ownership

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end web application delivery
• Work across frontend, backend, and platform teams
• Drive architecture decisions with execution focus
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security
• Mentor teams & enforce coding/design best practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large transformation or migration programs
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Exposure to DevOps / CI‑CD pipelines
• Knowledge of performance optimization & accessibility

• Component Mapping
• System Mapping / System Design Understanding
• API Integration (RESTful / Web Services)
