About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Web Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing digital team. This is a full-time remote position (India-based) requiring overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) working hours.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing websites that are not only visually compelling but also built for SEO performance, AI discoverability, and exceptional user experience .

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive websites using: • WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace

Independently manage full website builds—from concept to launch

Optimize websites for: • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) • AI search & citation readiness (LLM visibility, structured content) • Performance, speed, and Core Web Vitals

Implement on-page SEO best practices: • Metadata, schema markup, internal linking, keyword optimization

Conduct SEO audits and implement improvements using industry tools

Work with design tools (e.g., Canva) to create: • Website banners, visuals, and basic video assets

Ensure websites are mobile-first, accessible, and user-friendly

Integrate analytics and tracking tools

Collaborate with marketing and content teams for optimization and updates Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on web development experience

Strong expertise in: • WordPress (themes, plugins, builders like Elementor/Divi) • Wix and Squarespace platforms

Solid understanding of: • SEO fundamentals and technical SEO • AI-driven search trends and content structuring

Experience with SEO tools such as: • Google Analytics (GA4) • Google Search Console • Google Tag Manager • Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools

Working knowledge of: • HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript • Website performance optimization techniques

Experience with: • Responsive design and UX/UI best practices • Conversion-focused landing page design

Ability to create visual assets using tools like Canva (or similar)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Preferred / Good-to-Have

Familiarity with: • Headless CMS concepts • Basic React / modern frontend frameworks • API integrations and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)

Understanding of: • AI SEO / LLM optimization (schema, semantic structuring, FAQs)

Experience with: • A/B testing tools • CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

Exposure to hosting platforms (e.g., WP Engine, Hostinger, SiteGround) Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • OR • Equivalent diploma/certification with relevant experience Work Requirements • Full-time role (not part-time or freelance) • Must be available for overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines How to Apply
