Web Marketing Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a Web Marketing Specialist to support website content management and digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining web properties, ensuring content accuracy, optimizing user experience, and supporting marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain website content using content management systems
• Perform regular site audits, testing, and quality control checks
• Collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence across all web properties
• Maintain and update website content including landing pages and profiles
• Support SEO initiatives and digital marketing campaigns
• Analyze website performance and provide insights using analytics tools
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (ADA 508)
• Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and training materials
• Manage multiple web projects while meeting deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in web or digital marketing roles
• Experience with content management systems (AEM preferred)
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related field
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Knowledge of design concepts and image optimization for web
