Primary Responsibilities

• Create and format webpages.
• Upload documents and multimedia content.
• Respond to publishing requests through ticketing systems.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility requirements.
• Support consistent implementation of agency branding and federal plain language standards.
• Collaborate closely with the client, writers, designers, and technical teams to deliver accurate, timely, and user-friendly digital communications products.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting website publishing or content management activities.
• Experience working within Drupal or similar content management systems.
• Knowledge of HTML and webpage formatting principles.
• Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements and federal plain language standards.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience using ticketing or workflow management systems.
• Experience supporting federal agency websites or communications programs.
• Familiarity with the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS).
• Experience optimizing digital content for usability and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products for web asset preparation.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
