Primary Responsibilities
- Create and format webpages.
- Upload documents and multimedia content.
- Respond to publishing requests through ticketing systems.
- Ensure compliance with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility requirements.
- Support consistent implementation of agency branding and federal plain language standards.
- Collaborate closely with the client, writers, designers, and technical teams to deliver accurate, timely, and user-friendly digital communications products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting website publishing or content management activities.
- Experience working within Drupal or similar content management systems.
- Knowledge of HTML and webpage formatting principles.
- Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements and federal plain language standards.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using ticketing or workflow management systems.
- Experience supporting federal agency websites or communications programs.
- Familiarity with the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS).
- Experience optimizing digital content for usability and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products for web asset preparation.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
