We’re looking for a highly organised, driven Wellness Project Manager to join our growing team and lead the delivery of corporate wellness solutions. • *What You’ll Be Doing**
You will take full ownership of: • Wellness Days • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Launches • Corporate Activations and On-site Events
From concept to execution — ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. • *Key Responsibilities** • *Project & Event Delivery** • Plan and execute wellness events end-to-end • Develop project timelines, plans, and resource allocations • Manage logistics (venues, vendors, equipment, teams) • Ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction • Conduct post-event reporting and continuous improvement • *Client & Stakeholder Management** • Act as the main point of contact for clients • Manage expectations and communication • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors • Provide updates, reporting, and manage risks • Lead and manage on-site service providers • *Budget & Financial Oversight** • Manage project budgets and track spend • Negotiate with vendors and identify savings • Ensure accurate invoicing and reconciliations • Monitor and report on budget performance • *Success Looks Like** • Projects delivered on time and within budget • High client satisfaction (CSAT) • Minimal escalations or delays • Strong vendor performance and cost efficiency • *Requirements** • 3–5 years’ experience in project or event management • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong client-facing experience • Budget management and vendor negotiation skills • *Advantageous:** • Qualification in Event Management, Business, Hospitality or similar • Project management certification • *Key Skills** • Project and program management • Strong organisational and time management skills • Vendor and stakeholder management • Budgeting and financial control • Problem-solving and decision-making • Strong communication and leadership ability • *Personal Attributes** • Highly organised and detail-oriented • Proactive and solutions-driven • Professional and client-focused • Calm under pressure • Adaptable in a fast-changing environment
