Responsibilities

Content & Communication

• Maintenance and development of our website (with WordPress)
• Building and managing our social media channels (Instagram & LinkedIn)
• Preparation of projects, news, and insights from everyday office life

Structure & Organization

• Maintenance of our content, image, and presentation archive
• Creation and development of presentations & templates
• Coordination and processing of internal marketing inquiries in daily business

Visual Marketing

• Photo and video documentation of projects & events
• Simple layout, image, and video editing
• Support in creating video and e-learning content

Marketing in Everyday Life

• Organization of advertising materials
• Planning and organization of trade fairs & events
• Offer and invoice coordination as well as research activities in marketing

Requirements

• Structured, reliable working style
• Initiative and joy in communication
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
• Social media affinity & basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
• Openness to photo & video assignments
• Studies in media, communication, design, or comparable field
