Windows 365 (W365) Cloud PC Enablement Program

The Work

• Support readiness assessment and discovery activities for Windows 365 Cloud PC deployment
• Build and configure Windows 365 Cloud PC environments under the direction of a W365 Architect
• Design, configure, and deploy W365 provisioning policies, Azure Network Connections (ANC), Intune, and Entra ID components
• Build, customize, capture, and deploy Windows 11 SOE / Golden Images for Cloud PC personas
• Perform provisioning, validation, smoke testing, troubleshooting, and evidence collection
• Author and contribute to technical documentation including Build Books, Run Books, and Solution Design artifacts
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and provide Level 3 hyper care support post deployment
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, architects, and operations teams to ensure successful handover

Required Skills & Qualifications

Skills

• Hands on Windows 365 (Cloud PC) deployment and configuration experience
• Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployment
• Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD (AADJ, HAADJ, Conditional Access, Dynamic Device Groups)
• Azure Networking (VNets, ANC, DNS fundamentals)
• SOE / Golden Image build and capture (Windows 11)
• SCCM / Intune co management
• Endpoint Analytics and monitoring for Cloud PCs
• Strong troubleshooting skills across W365, Intune, Azure, and M365
• Strong documentation and client facing communication skills

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Modern Workplace / EUC engineering
• 2 hands on Windows 365 Cloud PC deployments
• Experience in regulated or government environments is a strong asset

• MD 102 – Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator
• AZ 140 – Windows Virtual Desktop
• MS 102 – Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
• AZ 104 – Microsoft Azure Administrator
