Windows 365 Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Windows 365 Solution Architect to design, implement, and manage modern virtual desktop solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows 365 and Windows Virtual Desktop (Azure Virtual Desktop), along with deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and end-user computing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect Windows 365 and Windows Virtual Desktop (AVD) solutions
• Lead end-to-end implementation of virtual desktop environments
• Define architecture, security, and governance for cloud-based desktop solutions
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams for seamless integration
• Optimize performance, scalability, and cost of virtual desktop deployments
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical guidance to teams
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and best practices
• Support migration from on-prem VDI to cloud-based solutions

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity management
• Expertise in virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) concepts
• Knowledge of networking, security, and endpoint management (Intune, SCCM)
• Hands-on experience with automation (PowerShell, ARM templates, or Terraform)
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AVD Specialty, etc.)
• Experience in enterprise-scale VDI implementations
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards
