A high‑impact, technology‑driven environment in Aargau Canton, Switzerland is seeking a Windows Client / Endpoint Engineer to join its IT team. This is a long‑term, stable opportunity within a highly structured organisation, ideal for someone who wants to own, improve and modernise a large‑scale Windows environment (500+ devices).

Responsibilities

• Software packaging & deployment across enterprise environments
• Managing Windows OS lifecycle (build, update, patching, drivers)
• Automating deployments and processes (PowerShell or similar)
• Handling complex incidents with a root‑cause approach
• Supporting endpoint security, compliance & patching
• Contributing to modern workplace improvements
• Working with tools such as Intune or SCCM (focus on engineering capability rather than specific tools)

Requirements / Your Profile

• Experience in Windows / Endpoint Engineering (not just support)
• Hands‑on experience with software packaging & deployment
• Strong understanding of Windows environments and endpoint lifecycle
• Experience with automation (PowerShell or similar)
• Ability to adapt to new tools and environments

Languages

• German B2+ (mandatory)
• English (professional level)
