Our client has been active in energy supply for over 60 years, offering a secure and reliable supply of natural gas. In this role as a Business Informatician/Data Scientist, you will be responsible for the systematic evaluation, analysis, and optimization of existing processes, with a focus on automation and scalability. You will integrate and network IT systems, data sources, and interfaces, such as ERP and billing systems. Furthermore, you will design AI-supported solutions that are integrated into existing company systems. Another important aspect of your work is the development of data pipelines to ensure data quality and availability. You will create dashboards and visualizations that support data-based decisions and translate business requirements into technical solutions in close cooperation with the departments. You will accompany digitalization projects from the idea to productive implementation and thus actively contribute to the company's further development. You will work in an open, collegial, and modern environment and benefit from a pleasant working atmosphere and generously designed office spaces.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has completed studies in Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in the IT sector are required, as is sound knowledge in data analysis and modern data architectures. You should have experience in the integration of IT systems and interfaces, such as APIs, databases, and middleware. Strong analytical thinking skills and a high affinity for numbers are essential. Furthermore, an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working is expected. Personal qualities such as teamwork, strong communication skills, and the ability to convey complex issues understandably round off your profile.
