Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the City of Tshwane for a Writer. The Writer will be responsible for creating a variety of compelling written materials, including web content, articles, and reports. Responsibilities include research, content development, editing, proofreading, and ensuring alignment with overall communications strategies. The Writer will collaborate with team members across departments to deliver clear, accurate, and impactful communications tailored to specific audiences.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Writing, Creative Writing, and Web Content Development
• Proficiency in Research, Content Strategy, and Content Development
• Editing and Proofreading capabilities to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Experience in Marketing and Digital Content creation
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with IT or technology-related topics is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Journalism, or related field is preferred
