Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Writer based in Carteret, NJ. The Writer will create compelling content tailored to architectural visualization, including crafting narratives for marketing materials, project descriptions, and promotional campaigns. Responsibilities include researching industry-related topics, writing and editing high-quality copy, developing creative storytelling strategies, and collaborating with the design team to align content with visual outputs.

Qualifications

• Strong Writing, Creative Writing, and Editing skills
• Experience with Content Strategy, Research, and Producing high-quality content for varied platforms
• Understanding of Branding, Marketing, and crafting targeted messaging
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design and creative teams
• Proficiency with tools for Proofreading and Draft Handling
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience in architectural visualization, real estate, or design-related domain preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
