Zoho Developer & Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer who will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and optimization of Zoho applications. The role also involves conducting training sessions for internal teams to ensure effective utilization of Zoho tools across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho One suite products.
• Develop custom functions, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and APIs.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely technical support.
• Optimize existing Zoho setups to improve efficiency and performance.
• Maintain documentation for all development, configurations, and processes.
• Conduct training sessions on Zoho applications for internal teams and external clients.
• Provide hands‑on guidance and support to users on Zoho tools.
• Assist in the basic setup, customization, and usage of Zoho applications.
• Help employees understand workflows and improve system adoption.
• Troubleshoot basic Zoho‑related issues and provide timely support.
• Prepare simple training materials, user guides, and documentation.
• Stay updated with Zoho features to enhance training effectiveness.
• Create user manuals, guides, and training materials.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to enhance adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum 1‑2 years experience with Zoho suite (especially Zoho CRM, Creator, and Books).
• Experience with API integrations and third‑party tools.
• Good understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in training or mentoring users is highly preferred.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Zoho Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness and ability to train and support internal and external stakeholders on Zoho tools.
• Problem‑solving attitude with a proactive approach.
• Ability to understand business requirements and implement solutions.
• Basic knowledge of integrations or automation is an added advantage.
