Responsibilities

• Preparation of annual financial statements (HGB), consolidated financial statements (HGB), monthly financial statements (accounts / month / year)
• Contact person for tax advisors, auditors, tax auditors
• Coordination of accounting for the subsidiary in the USA
• Financial controlling V-LINE GROUP, monthly financial reporting including budget/actual comparisons
• Budget and forecast processes for liquidity requirements
• Commission settlements and determination of compensatory payments (transfer prices)
• Financial reporting (including calculation of finance KPIs) and further standardization
• Development and expansion of finance controlling systems and reporting of foreign subsidiaries
• Business analyses and special projects
• Optimization / digitalization of processes in the FINANCE area of the V-LINE GROUP

Qualifications

• Completed degree in business administration or economics, preferably with a focus on finance / controlling, or comparable qualifications
• Experience in auditing, tax consulting, or a commercial apprenticeship are advantageous
• Practical experience in preparing annual financial statements, at least 2 years
• Practical knowledge of accounting
• Confident use of common MS Office programs (especially Excel), knowledge of SAP (FI, CO) and IT affinity
• Excellent German and English skills
• Strong analytical skills, team spirit, and assertiveness
• A high degree of results orientation, initiative, and reliability
