JMT's Accounting Department is seeking a team-oriented administrative professional to join their group.

Compensation
Compensation for this position is $17-$22/hourly, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. We notice that we receive a wide variety of applicants and recognize that the person selected may be less experienced or more experienced. If so, the actual salary range may vary from the estimate provided.
Responsibilities
- Copy, scan, and mail client invoices and other accounting documents
- File and index documents into an electronic document management system, and maintain the system queues
- Sub-payment research to ensure timely payments
- Sub-consultant invoice review and processing
- Minority business reporting and tracking of timely submissions
- Data entry and clean up within the Accounting System
- Periodic updating of client payroll rosters
- Responsible for weekly timesheet process
Nonessential Functions
- Assist Project Accountants with various tasks
- Perform other related duties as assigned
