Location: Hyderabad • *Interview Process: 1st Round virtual | 2nd Round F2F** • *Working Model:** 5 Days Working (Office-based) • *Role Overview:** • We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and enterprise AI solution development. • The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable AI/ML models and intelligent applications, including Agentic AI solutions for real-world business use cases. • The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions and delivering production-grade systems with high performance and reliability. • *Basic Qualifications:** • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Data Science / AI Engineering • Strong programming skills in Python (Java is a plus) • Hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models in production environments • Experience working with large-scale data processing frameworks like Databricks • Strong understanding of end-to-end ML lifecycle and data science workflows • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments • *Mandatory Skills:** • Strong expertise in Python and Machine Learning frameworks • Hands-on experience with Generative AI models and LLM-based applications • Experience in building AI-powered applications and intelligent workflows • Strong knowledge of NLP and text analytics • Experience with model deployment, evaluation, and optimization • Experience in A/B testing and performance monitoring • Experience in API development and integration for AI services • Experience with Databricks or similar platforms for data processing and ML workflows • *Preferred Skills:** • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous systems • Exposure to enterprise AI productization and scalable architecture • Familiarity with tools like Copilot Studio or similar AI automation platforms • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) • Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD for ML
