Responsibilities

• Project variety experience: You work in selected national and international customer projects in conception, data modeling, and implementation.

Requirements

• ML & GenAI Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in the development and operationalization of machine learning or GenAI solutions.
• Mastered GenAI Frameworks: In-depth knowledge in the implementation of GenAI applications, e.g. with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or frameworks like LangChain / LangGraph.
• Prompt & API Expertise: Experience in prompt engineering, integration of AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) as well as building LLM-based pipelines.
• Cloud Experience: Knowledge in the operationalization of ML and GenAI workflows on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using modern MLOps tools (e.g. MLflow).
• Technical Know-how: Practical experience in Python (e.g. for data preparation or evaluation) and understanding of basic machine learning concepts.
• Team Spirit & Innovation: Team spirit, initiative, and enthusiasm for putting new AI technologies into practice.
• Communication Talent: You have very good German and English skills and are willing to travel for projects throughout Germany.
