About the role
About
In this role, you will shape the digital transformation in the insurance environment together with national and international clients. You will work on the conception, data modeling, and implementation of AI/GenAI solutions and contribute to the further development of our AI community. You will utilize the latest technologies, build data-driven solutions, take responsibility in projects, and benefit from individual development and on-the-job training.
Responsibilities
- Participation in national and international client projects in conception, data modeling, and implementation
- Expansion of AI excellence through targeted project assignments
- Individual training and development in innovative technologies with certification opportunities
- Shaping GenAI applications and active contribution to the interdisciplinary AI community
- Taking responsibility in the respective project role
- Shaping the development of data-driven solutions with the latest technologies
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the development and operationalization of ML/GenAI solutions
- Sound knowledge of GenAI applications (LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph)
- Experience in prompt engineering and integration of AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI)
- Cloud experience with ML/AI workflows on AWS/Azure/GCP and MLflow or comparable MLOps tools
- Python skills for data preparation/evaluation
- Very good German and English skills; mobility throughout Germany
- Team spirit, initiative, and enthusiasm for new AI technologies

Requirements
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in GenAI-Anwendungen (LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph)
- Erfahrung im Prompt Engineering und Integration von KI-APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI)
- Cloud-Erfahrung mit ML/AI-Workflows auf AWS/Azure/GCP und MLflow oder vergleichbaren MLOps-Tools
- Python-Kenntnisse für Data Preparation/Evaluation
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; deutschlandweite Mobilität
- Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Begeisterung für neue KI-Technologien

- Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Kundenprojekten in Konzeption, Datenmodellierung und Implementierung
- Ausbau der AI-Exzellenz durch gezielte Projekteinsätze
- Mitgestaltung von GenAI-Anwendungen und aktiver Beitrag zur interdisziplinären AI-Community
- Übernahme von Verantwortung in der jeweiligen Projektrolle
- Gestaltung der Entwicklung datengetriebener Lösungen mit neuesten Technologien
