With a global, renowned clientele, we have developed several robust applications in the space of Trade Finance, Money Market, Asset Tokenization, and Supply Chain.

Webmob is currently having expertise in Java, Kotlin, PHP, Python,Go, MEAN and MERN stack. Our specialties include Fintech product development, Blockchain development and consultancy, website development, graphic designing, digital marketing, application development, AWS support, infrastructure handling, IOT, AI, and ML.

Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Lead AI/ML Engineer or Lead Data Scientist to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-driven solutions. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise in machine learning, strong programming capabilities, hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks, and the ability to guide and mentor technical teams. The ideal candidate will drive innovation while ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-performance AI systems aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models to solve complex business challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data-driven solutions.

• Architect and implement production-grade machine learning systems using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.‍

• Perform advanced data preprocessing, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering using Pandas and NumPy.

• Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, performance, and interpretability.

• Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications and production environments.

• Establish and manage MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

• Lead integration and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.

• Ensure model monitoring, validation, and continuous improvement for reliability and performance.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, promoting best practices in coding, experimentation, and deployment.

• Maintain thorough documentation and technical standards across AI initiatives.

• Stay current with emerging AI, ML, and data engineering technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Lead or Senior AI/ML Engineer, Lead Data Scientist, or similar leadership role.

• Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory) and/or R.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation, analysis, and numerical computing.

• Strong expertise in machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.

• Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), LLM integration, and MLOps practices.

• Experience building scalable AI solutions and deploying them on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Solid understanding of data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and system architecture.

• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
