The Role

The Data center of Daher's IT Department is looking for a new Data Engineering intern!

The Data center of Daher's IT Department, which has 7 Data Engineers, is responsible for building and maintaining the Data architectures used by many data analysts and data scientists throughout the group and worldwide.

Reporting to the center manager, you will be supervised by an experienced Data Engineer who will guide you, starting with the basics of the profession in a professional environment (ETL operation, technical documentation, data structuring). The Data center is accustomed to supporting interns towards excellence, from license to Master's degree. Our goal is to guide you step by step towards the autonomy expected of a Data Engineer in a company.

Challenges We Will Tackle Together

On the agenda: modernizing our data platform with data flow migrations, growing our Snowflake DataWarehouse, and supporting business and internal projects. As a bonus, depending on your progress: an internal project around AI exploitation on data systems.

The position is based at Shap'In, an industrial center of excellence for composites near Nantes, created in 2021. 1 or 2 trips in France are possible during the year (1 or 2 days).

About You

Ideally, you are in your last year of BUT or Licence in Computer Science with the possibility of continuing in an engineering cycle or Master's degree.

Are you rigorous, with the capacity and willingness for self-training and good writing skills (with or without AI!)? Do you have a good command of English?

Are you curious about everything? (Industry, Logistics, Aviation, Administrative, IT, ... others).
