Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Analyst role located in Ibadan. The Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business strategies and decision-making processes. Daily responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, identifying trends, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and contributing to the organization’s strategic planning efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, and Report Preparation.
- Strong skills in Problem Solving, Decision-Making, and Critical Thinking.
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, or Business Intelligence software.
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills.
- Excellent Organizational and Time-Management Skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience in retail, supply chain, or hospitality analytics is a plus.
