The Escrow Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all system and escrow reconciliations are completed accurately and on schedule. This role supports the timely onboarding of property tax records and the preparation of Initial Escrow Analyses. Additional responsibilities include ongoing updates and data integrity maintenance across multiple loan servicing applications. This position is based in Lower Gwynedd, PA and operates within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare Initial Escrow Analyses for property tax and insurance prior to loan closing.
  • Establish and maintain property tax records for newly boarded loans.
  • Update and manage non-escrowed loan records as required by servicing guidelines.
  • Perform manual escrow analyses for credit facilities.
  • Execute and validate the annual escrow analysis process, including payment recalculations, shortage and surplus resolution, and borrower notifications in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries relating to escrow, tax, and insurance matters in a professional, accurate, and timely manner; escalate complex issues as appropriate.
  • Contribute to special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Work cohesively with our 3rd party tax provider to resolve issues/develop processes.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong quantitative aptitude with demonstrated interest and accuracy in numerical analysis.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven capacity to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Excel.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of contributing positively within a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of related experience in loan servicing, escrow administration, or a comparable financial services environment.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.
