Your missions

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will work at the crossroads of healthcare innovation, artificial intelligence, and consulting. Embedded in lean, agile project teams, you will co-develop enterprise-grade AI-powered digital solutions directly within our clients’ ecosystems.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Translate healthcare and pharma business needs (R&D, medical affairs, commercial, etc.) into robust AI and ML solution designs with the most appropriate approach depending on client constraints and requirements: security, cost, performance, reliability and explainability
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, fine-tuning strategies, and evaluation frameworks for domain-specific use cases
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features leveraging LLMs, agentic AI systems, and modern ML techniques
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers to integrate AI components into fully featured applications
  • Act as a technical referent on AI topics within project teams and contribute to internal best practices
  • Maintain direct interaction with clients throughout the project lifecycle, in an agile, product-oriented consulting approach

Your profile

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience building AI / ML systems, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML / AI tooling
  • Practical experience with LLMs, including at least one of:
    • RAG architectures
    • Fine-tuning techniques
    • Model evaluation and benchmarking
    • Agentic AI systems or MCP servers, using modern frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar)
  • Familiarity with open-source LLM ecosystems is a strong plus
  • Ability to work in lean teams, take ownership, and make technical decisions
  • Strong interest in healthcare, pharma, and applying AI to real-world impact
  • Comfortable in client-facing environments, able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Curious, entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong appetite for innovation and teamwork
