Role Summary

As a Large Language Model Architect, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced neural architectures for natural language understanding and generation. You will collaborate across multiple teams to refine model performance, guide strategic AI decisions, and mentor teams in applying cutting‑edge approaches in NLP.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Large Language Models.
• Architect and design neural network parameters for high‑performing LLMs.
• Oversee team contributions, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally, influencing decision‑making across multiple teams.
• Provide innovative, scalable solutions to NLP challenges.
• Lead and facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions to uplift team capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, optimizing for functionality, scalability, and accuracy.

Skills Required

• Hands‑on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Deep understanding of neural network architectures and their applications.
• Strong expertise in natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, augmentation, and pipeline design.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Any graduate
