About the role

Order Execution / Project Management in MSOL‑P – POR and asset management / Customer coordination / Internal coordination for order execution etc.

Meeting Sales POR
Maintaining RDSL / PDSL
Inventory Monitoring
Key responsibility of project execution techno‑commercially under PMO guidelines
Kick‑off meeting with Sales team and with customer to understand project execution strategy as per customer requirement and satisfaction
Prepare project documents such as project schedule, manufacturing schedule, and project status reports for customer satisfaction
Complete PR documentation on time and expedite its approval
Prepare complete Bill of Material for order entry and manufacturing as per approved PR documents
Meet sales target for the financial year in terms of monthly/daily shipment targets
Improve delivery of services to customers to avoid LD and optimize the project execution cycle, motivating repeat business
Keep finished‑goods material inventory as per target
Provide feedback to customer and regional sales team on progress of sales orders
Improve customer loyalty by giving proactive services to internal and external customers
Coordinate and ensure successful inspection of customer orders with proper documentation
Complete final documentation on time in required sets

You always keep the end in sight and put in extra effort to meet deadlines

Minimum of 2 to 6 years of proven experience in Project Management
Familiarity with Instrument Data Sheets and Specifications, International Standards for Hazardous/Flammable Areas, Ingress Protection Codes
Knowledge and experience in reviewing and understanding EPC and end‑user specification requirements
Systematic and assertive character; able to manage complex situations under pressure
Strong verbal and written communication skills in a technical environment
Ability to handle MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ease
