About

We are looking for a result-driven Assistant Sales Manager with strong B2B industrial sales experience. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to industrial gases, oil & gas, steel, or manufacturing sectors and the ability to manage client relationships, generate new business, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and acquire new clients in industrial sectors
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts
  • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations
  • Handle negotiations, quotations, and order closures
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS

Key Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B field sales
  • Industry background:
    • Industrial Gases (Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, etc.)
    • Oil & Gas
    • Iron & Steel
    • Chemical / Manufacturing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of local industrial market
  • Ability to handle client acquisition + account management
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
  • Candidates from Pune / Chakan / nearby industrial areas
  • Existing network in industrial sectors is a strong advantage
  • Target-oriented and self-driven personality

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
