As an Accountant (CA) at our company located in Gurgaon, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise and skills in financial reporting, accounting, taxation, compliance, audit, internal controls, budgeting, and financial analysis. Your role will involve collaborating with the finance team to enhance processes and implement automation. Additionally, you may be involved in financial due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, and investment analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the finance team on process improvements and automation.
- Assist in financial due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, and investment analysis, if required.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, ERP systems, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- Experience in manufacturing, IT is a plus.
- Prior experience in handling audits and tax compliance is preferred.
