About the role

As a member of the Data Science team at Gartner, your role will involve innovating ways to help clients receive value and enable technology leaders to make smarter decisions. You will work on delivering valuable insights from unstructured data, utilizing statistical and machine learning based methods to enhance client engagement and retention. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Drive retention and growth by supporting service delivery groups and sales in key initiatives - Derive key insights using unsupervised machine learning on unstructured data from various sources - Build statistical models to predict client retention probabilities and assist Service Delivery in leveraging data insights - Prioritize client interactions and recommend Gartner assets to convert unengaged clients to engaged ones - Analyze surveys to identify correlations with client engagement and derive actionable insights - Extract key client priorities through text analytics • *Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Physics, Math, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields - 2-4 years of experience in Data Science using Machine Learning and NLP techniques - Proficiency in R or Python for coding models - Strong knowledge of statistical and advanced modeling techniques - Ability to work on projects involving ML and statistical techniques with large volumes of data
