Responsibilities

• Basics Engineering design of Primary flow components such as OFA, Venturi, Flow Nozzle, Meter Run, V Cone and Wedge Flow etc.
• Preferred Knowledge of product life cycle management, Engineering process, methods Review technical requirement from
• customer in regard with primary flow element. Basic Knowledge on Manufacturing Process (Fabrication and Machining), Welding
• Standards,Quaility (NDT, Metallurgy), GD&T, Painting procedure, Hydro Testing and Flow Calibration ISO Standard - ISO-5167-2,4,5
• and 6, ASME B31.3, ASMEB31.1, ASME B16.36 Software Competencies - Creo-3D Modelling and Drafting, AutoCAD - Drafting, RW
• Miller, Microsoft Axcepta -360
• Engineering design of Primary flow components such as OFA, Venturi, Flow Nozzle, Meter Run, V Cone and Wedge Flow etc.
• Preferred Knowledge of product life cycle management, Engineering process, methods Review technical requirement from
• customer in regard with primary flow element, Material specification, heat treatment and machining, Coating, paint spec and NDE
• specifications etc. Co-ordinate with Manufacturing and support to resolve queries; Knowledgeable about manufacturing process,
• heat treatment process, material selection for Flow Equipment's, oil and gas, process / power piping, Instrument valves and HPHT
• Environment application. Meet productivity of GAD and BOM as per KPIs and improve the performance. Consults internal and
• external customers for all products he is in charge of and their application with regards to price, quality, delivery time and technical
• features Technical and commercial order check in co-operation with Area Sales Manager and Project Execution Manager including
• internal kick-off meeting and external bid clarification meeting with the customer.

Requirements

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering /Production Engineering
• 6-10 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering design / Manufacturing and Project Management
