Role Overview

We are looking for a site-driven professional who understands that billing is not just numbers, but a combination of cost control, quality, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• BOQ preparation and quantity take-off
• Site measurements including RA bills and final bills
• Contractor bill verification
• Site supervision with a focus on quality control
• Monitoring material usage and identifying cost leakages

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate
• Hands-on experience in both site execution and billing
• Strong understanding of GFC drawings
• Practical knowledge of civil and interior execution
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel

Key Requirements

• Experience in both site work and billing
• Strong understanding of construction drawings (GFC)
• Practical execution knowledge (civil/interiors)
• Proficiency in Excel

Salary

Up to ₹7.5 LPA
