About Our Client

Our client is a leading organization in its sector, with a desire to continue its growth by placing the IT department at the center of its projects.

You are joining the Supply Application department of the structure with the implementation of Salesforce for the commercial part.

Responsibilities

As a BUSINESS ANALYST CRM SALESFORCE, your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and gathering user needs for CRM projects;
• Defining functional and technical specifications in collaboration with business teams;
• Ensuring the configuration and setup of the Salesforce platform according to identified needs;
• Participating in the management of CRM projects, from conception to implementation;
• Training and supporting users in the adoption of new functionalities;
• Identifying and resolving any anomalies or technical problems related to Salesforce;
• Collaborating with internal teams and external service providers to ensure the smooth running of projects;
• Ensuring technological watch to propose continuous improvements to the CRM solution.

Knowledge of a Supply ERP will be a great plus for the process (SAP SD). Missions are not exhaustive.

Profile

The profile we are looking for:

• You hold a degree in computer science, management, or a related field;
• You have confirmed expertise on the Salesforce platform - Field Service;
• You have previously worked in collaboration with a SUPPLY department;
• You master project management methodologies and associated tools;
• You are comfortable with business needs analysis and writing functional specifications;
• You have strong communication and change management skills.
