About Our Client

Our client is a leading organization in its sector, with a desire to continue its growth by placing the IT department at the center of its projects.

You will join the Application Supply department of the structure with the implementation of Salesforce for the commercial part.

Responsibilities

As a BUSINESS ANALYST CRM SALESFORCE, your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and gathering user needs for CRM projects;
• Defining functional and technical specifications in collaboration with business teams;
• Ensuring the setup and configuration of the Salesforce platform according to identified needs;
• Participating in the management of CRM projects, from conception to implementation;
• Training and supporting users in the adoption of new functionalities;
• Identifying and resolving any anomalies or technical problems related to Salesforce;
• Collaborating with internal teams and external service providers to ensure the smooth running of projects;
• Ensuring technological watch to propose continuous improvements to the CRM solution.

Knowledge of a Supply ERP will be a great asset for the process (SAP SD).

Profile

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a degree in IT, management, or a related field;
• Possesses confirmed expertise on the Salesforce - Field Service platform;
• Has previous experience working in collaboration with a SUPPLY department;
• Is proficient in project management methodologies and associated tools;
• Is comfortable with business needs analysis and writing functional specifications;
• Has strong communication and change management skills.
