About the Role

We are looking for an Export Credit Insurance Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Maison-Alfort. This mission takes place in an Agile (SAFe) framework with opportunities for evolution towards other projects based on priorities. You will work primarily in person two days a week (Tuesday and Friday) and remotely the other three days. The mission is long-term, lasting three years, and begins as soon as possible. Responsibilities

• Collaboration with the Product Owner and the agile team.
• Design and writing of User Stories (US) and acceptance tests.
• Creation of functional documentation, particularly in Datalink.
• Support for developers during the realization phase and execution of tests.
• User support: assistance during deployment and in steady state.
• Advice and help for users, identifying those in difficulty and relaying improvement requests.
• First-level incident management, with solicitation of necessary resources.

Requirements

• Sensitivity to IT tools and strong ability to understand functional aspects.
• Knowledge of the insurance business would be an asset.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Proxy Product Owner (PO), with skills in functional design, writing User Stories (US), acceptance testing, and test execution.

• SQL: Use for testing, datasets, and data modification preparation.
