Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure).
• Define project scope, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (developers, analysts, QA, designers, vendors, business experts).
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements.
• Understand software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
• 5 years of experience in project management, with references.
• Experience in software development environments or multidisciplinary projects.
• Exposure to financial audit principles is a strong advantage.
• Strong command of project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent risk & issue management.
• High-level understanding of system architecture and IT constraints.
• Strong communication and leadership.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
