We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Network Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize our network infrastructure. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting network issues, improving performance, and ensuring reliable connectivity in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain network systems, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity

Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement improvements

Troubleshoot network problems and provide timely, effective resolutions

Ensure best practices in network security, compliance, and redundancy

Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams on network-related projects

Document network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures

Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and implementations

Support network-related aspects of IT projects and initiatives

✅ Requirements

Junior–Mid-Level Engineer (0–4+ years of relevant experience)

Experience in network administration, network engineering, or related IT roles

Solid knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs

Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools

Basic understanding of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

General Requirements

Strong attention to detail and a structured working style

Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment

Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences Fluent in English

Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time
