Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain, Devices and Services

As a Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst at Google, you will play a crucial role in architecting and providing solutions that enable supply chain functions for Google's Devices and Services operations. You will be supporting a dynamic systems landscape encompassing a diverse group of tools and technologies, including SAP and non-SAP systems. Your responsibilities will involve formulating recommended system designs, collaborating with external technology providers and internal product teams, and influencing solution designs to solve supply chain business problems using industry best practices.

**Role Overview:** At Google, the Business Systems Integration team works swiftly to eliminate roadblocks hindering progress. Your role as a Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst involves identifying time-consuming internal processes, developing reliable and scalable solutions, and translating Googler needs into high-level technical specifications. You will design and develop recommended systems, consult with Google executives for smooth implementation, and contribute to enhancing efficiency for Googlers by leveraging Google products.

**Key Responsibilities:** - Function as the Supply Chain subject-matter-expert, focusing on order management and fulfillment processes in eCommerce, Retail, or wholesale environments. - Define, design, and implement business solutions using custom-built and third-party systems in collaboration with internal systems and supply chain business users. - Lead and participate in systems implementation projects, delivering key artifacts such as requirements documentation, systems configuration, fit/gap analysis, test documentation and execution, issue identification, and resolution. - Support mission-critical and business-critical systems using IT and software engineering practices.

**Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Supply Chain systems (Order Management/Promising, Sales and Distribution, Fulfillment, Transportation, or e-Commerce). - Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and building integrated systems through the entire lifecycle. - Experience in supply chain systems solution design across different industrial verticals and systems implementation. - Certification in Association for Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred. - 10 years of experience in large-scale ERP, SAP systems deployment. - Experience with master data management and working with cross-functional engineering teams. - Understanding of eCommerce order management and fulfillment ecosystem in a fluid Electronics domain.
