Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Transformation roles.
  • Successful delivery of complex change initiatives in banking or financial services, ideally including technology implementations or sales transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting front-line sales teams and/or underwriting operations.
  • Familiarity with lending workflows, CRM systems, LOS platforms, or sales enablement tools.
