Data Analyst / Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate business and operational insights.
• Build, validate, and optimize predictive and machine learning models.
• Develop data pipelines, perform data wrangling, cleansing, and exploratory analysis using Python.
• Work on AI/ML use cases involving Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and LangChain.
• Create dashboards, reports, and data-driven recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data science solutions.
• Support model deployment, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Data Science and Data Analytics
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, including RAG, LLMs, LangChain, or related GenAI frameworks
• Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
