What You’ll Do Run client-facing data science projects end to end Translate complex models and analyses into clear, practical recommendations Present insights confidently to non-technical stakeholders Build and deploy Python-based models used in real decision-making Work independently while collaborating closely with a small, sociable team Explore new areas such as AI, LLMs, and emerging data technologies Help clients understand what’s possible, not just what’s statistically correct! Core Skills (Data Science–Focused) Strong hands-on experience as a medior or senior Data Scientist Solid Python skills with experience delivering production-ready models Comfortable working across the full data science lifecycle Strong communication skills - able to explain complex ideas simply Confident presenting insights and recommendations to clients Analytical, pragmatic, and outcome-oriented What They’re Looking For Proven experience delivering data science projects in real-world settings Comfortable working independently and taking ownership Enjoys client interaction and problem-solving Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) - this is essential Happy with a hybrid setup around the Eindhoven office Nice to Have Experience in media, marketing, or advertising Interest or experience in AI and LLMs Background in consultancy or agency-style environments The Environment You’ll join a close-knit Data Science team based in Eindhoven, working in a collaborative and informal setting.
