Data scientist in diagnostic molecular pathology (f/m/d) 80-100%
Universitätsspital Zürich
About the role
About
The unit of Molecular Pathology at the Department of Pathology and Molecular Pathology at the University Hospital Zurich, is a leading unit for developments in precision medicine including tumor genomics and multi-omics data integration. The diagnostic analyses include numerous modern omics‑methods and cutting edge technologies: Whole genome sequencing, bulk RNA sequencing, methylation array, digital pathology, panel sequencing. Our scientists analyze the raw data of these assays to create diagnostic reports, develop new methods and support research projects.
Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz. Unsere über 8'600 Mitarbeitenden und rund 700 Auszubildende setzen sich täglich für das Wohl unserer Patient:innen ein.
