Description du poste

As part of a strategic project, we are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to work on a high-value-added project in the defense sector, applied to object detection from video streams.

The mission covers the entire project cycle, from understanding and structuring client needs (scoping) to industrial implementation and solution delivery.

Phase 1 - structuration du besoin

• Analyse et compréhension approfondie du besoin client
• Participation active à la définition du use case métier et technique
• Évaluation des données existantes (qualité, volume, pertinence)
• Proposition d'orientations techniques et méthodologiques

Phase 2 - mise en oeuvre

• Conception, entraînement et mise en production de modèles de Deep Learning / Computer Vision
• Développement d'algorithmes de détection d'objets à partir de flux vidéo
• Industrialisation du code (robustesse, maintenabilité, exploitabilité)
• Rédaction de la documentation, mise en place de tests (TDD)
• Travail en environnement Agile
• Restitution des résultats au client à un niveau expert (technique et décisionnel)

Qualifications

Compétences techniques requises (obligatoires)

• Deep Learning & Computer Vision (maîtrise indispensable)
• Traitement et analyse de flux vidéo
• Détection / reconnaissance d'objets
• Python (niveau expert)
• Expérience avérée avec les modèles de type YOLO (ou famille équivalente)

Compétences comportementales & posture

• Forte séniorité et grande maturité professionnelle
• Excellent sens de la communication
• Capacité à interagir directement avec des clients grands comptes
• Force de proposition
• Autonomie sur des sujets complexes, bout en bout
