About Position

We are seeking an Data Scientist who is a problem solver, data expert, analyst, and communicator, who can create new algorithms from scratch. You have an advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, engineering, physics, statistics or applied mathematics, and have:

What You'll Do

• Apply statistical and data?mining techniques to extract insights and support data-driven decision?making for business and client needs.
• Build, optimize, and maintain analytical models using programming languages such as R, Python, and Scala.
• Work with large datasets and relational databases to clean, transform, and prepare data for advanced analytics and machine?learning applications.
• Collaborate closely with cross?functional teams to understand requirements and translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
• Communicate complex analytical concepts and results in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to both technical and non?technical stakeholders.
• Diagnose issues quickly by leveraging strong problem?solving and analytical skills, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
• Continuously explore emerging techniques and tools to enhance analytical accuracy and efficiency.

Expertise You'll Bring

• Strong familiarity with statistical methods, data?mining techniques, and analytical frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages used for machine learning and advanced analytics, including R, Python, and Scala.
• Experience handling large datasets and working with relational database systems for data extraction and analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both colleagues and clients, ensuring alignment and understanding.
• Excellent problem?solving skills, with a proven ability to analyze complex issues, identify key drivers, and recommend timely, effective solutions.
• A collaborative mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high?quality analytical outcomes.
