To support the growth of our Data Science & AI practice, we are looking for a Data Scientist or a technical data profile wishing to evolve towards Data Science, with good mastery of Snowflake and capable of designing and industrializing high-impact analytical solutions in this cloud environment. You will join a passionate team, where technical mastery, understanding of business challenges, and Snowflake expertise meet to generate value.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for the valorization and industrialization of DS & AI products within a modern and scalable cloud environment. Your role will combine technical expertise, client support, and innovation around data and AI.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Collect, transform and structure data from different sources (APIs, CRM, ERP, data lakes...) for use in Snowflake.
• Design, optimize and automate data pipelines and machine learning workflows in Snowflake, in conjunction with Data Engineers.
• Develop, train and deploy predictive models (Python, Snowpark, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) directly within the Snowflake ecosystem.
• Implement MLOps processes (CI/CD, monitoring, versioning) to industrialize models.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the performance and reliability of data solutions on Snowflake.
• Participate in technological watch on Snowflake, generative AI and MLOps, and contribute to the internal Data Science community (sharing, mentoring, training).
• Product development, sharing, mentoring, training.

Profile Sought

• Education: Bac +5 (engineering school, university, master's in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science).
• Experience: 2 years minimum experience in Data Science, with proven expertise on Snowflake and MS Azure or AWS.
• Technical skills: Languages: Python, SQL
• Tools & frameworks: Snowflake, Snowpark, dbt, Airflow, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Best practices: CI/CD, MLOps, DataOps
• Good command of DevOps or an interest in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Soft skills: analytical mindset, pedagogical skills, curiosity, rigor, autonomy, and customer service orientation.
• Potential sectors: Banking, Insurance, Retail, and Energy.
