ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Digital Account Manager, the candidate serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of paid media campaigns. This position involves developing tailored digital strategies, managing significant client budgets, and optimizing campaign ROI to support the growth of the media offering.
MAIN DUTIES
The candidate will oversee all aspects of client accounts and campaign performance: • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, building trust-based relationships, understanding client goals, and resolving needs proactively. • Account Strategy Coordination: Liaise between clients and internal digital teams to develop data-driven paid media strategies aligned with business objectives. • Budget and Financial Management: Take accountability for client budgets, monitor spend against targets, prepare accurate cost estimates, and oversee the complete invoicing process. • Reporting and Analysis: Generate performance reports, analyze campaign data for improvement opportunities, and present actionable insights to clients. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with creative, analytics, and campaign management teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with timelines.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must meet these essential requirements: • Education: A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field. • Professional Experience: At least 4 years of experience in digital account management within a digital marketing agency or paid media environment. • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads, alongside MS Office expertise. • Core Competencies: Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
