Role Objective

You will develop and be responsible for our corporate website as a central platform for positioning, visibility, and lead generation.

Your focus will be on building a modern, high-performance, and search-optimized digital presence that clearly positions our brand in the market and makes it sustainably visible in relevant information and search spaces – from classic search to AI-based systems.

Together with content, campaign, and business teams, you will ensure that our topics are found exactly where our target groups are looking for solutions.

You will report to the Head of Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Further development and operation of the corporate website as a central image and lead platform (structure, UX, content, conversion)
  • Management and implementation of the SEO strategy (technical, structural, and content-related) for sustainable visibility increase
  • Optimization of digital findability in modern search systems, including AI-driven search and new information channels
  • Conception and implementation of website and content structures along the customer journey (awareness to conversion)
  • Close collaboration with content, campaign, and specialist departments to develop search and target group-relevant content
  • Analysis and continuous optimization of website performance (traffic, rankings, engagement, conversion)
  • Management of external service providers and agencies (e.g., development, SEO, content)

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in digital B2B marketing with a focus on website and SEO, ideally in the consulting, technology, or professional services environment

  • Profound understanding of content structures, digital customer journeys, and search engine logic
  • Feel for digital brand management, content, and user experience
  • Experience with common CMS, SEO, and analytics tools
  • Analytical thinking and ability to derive data-based optimization potentials
  • Team player with humor, passion, communication skills, and a self-driven, results-oriented work approach
  • Very good English skills. Experience in an international context is an advantage
