Key Responsibilities
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
Conduct field service for processing & packaging machines, including installation, commissioning, and qualification.
Collaborate with overseas engineering and manufacturing teams, as well as local sales and operations.
Perform on‑site preventative maintenance and provide training to customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
Support other service engineers and technicians as needed.
Assist in Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) processes.
Promote aftermarket customer support business by recommending annual maintenance contracts, spare parts, and machine upgrades.
Submit all necessary paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
Provide feedback to management and head office after customer site visits.
Improve customer satisfaction through regular interactions.
Gather and share information on customer trends and competitive machines with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications Required
Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical, BE (Mechanical)
4‑5 years of relevant experience
Work authorization for the respective region
Willingness to travel to customer locations within the defined territory/region
Valid Passport and Driver's License without limitations
Ability to pass background checks and drug screens
Technical/Functional Competencies: Techno commercial knowledge, trouble shooting expertise, analytical skills, communication abilities, problem‑solving skills, cross‑functional team collaboration, quality and service orientation, consistent results delivery
