About the role

Project Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end project activities including scoping, scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain project logs, trackers, and status reports, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Track progress using project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.).

Technical & Engineering Support

  • Review and interpret Engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Support Engineers with estimation inputs, design updates, and technical queries.
  • Ensure accuracy of project data, revisions, and version control.

Process, Quality & Compliance

  • Follow standardized workflows and documentation practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the FEET.
  • Ensure adherence to internal project management and quality guidelines.
  • Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies.
  • Optimize resource utilization and forecast future needs.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with regional sales teams on priorities, deadlines, and clarifications.
  • Prepare concise project summaries, dashboards, and management updates.
  • Identify and escalate project risks, delays, or resource issues promptly.
  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and status reports.

Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of civil/structural engineering concepts.
  • Excellent project planning, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and other scheduling tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational discipline.
  • Ability to work with global teams across different regions and time zones.

Qualifications

  • Qualification: B.E. in Civil (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in project coordination, Engineering coordination, or civil Engineering roles
  • Certifications (Preferred): CAPM®, PMP®, Primavera P6 / MS Project, PRINCE2® Foundation / Practitioner
  • Software Knowledge (optional): AutoCAD, TEKLA, STAAD Pro, Microsoft Office, 3D BIM tools
  • Valid Passport: Mandatory
