Role Summary
A Mid-Level PMO Project Manager / PMO Project Engineer with 5–8 years of experience to strengthen project execution excellence across Large Generators organization. The role focuses on project governance, planning discipline, portfolio coordination, reporting, and standards implementation. You will work closely with project managers, product managers, engineering leads, and functional stakeholders to ensure transparency, consistency, and continuous improvement in project execution.
Responsibilities
- Support project governance by ensuring adherence to PMO frameworks, standards, and review processes.
- Facilitate project intake, prioritization, and alignment with portfolio objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and review integrated project schedules and milestone plans, using the full kitting procedure.
- Support cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis across projects.
- Monitor project progress and proactively highlight risks, dependencies, and deviations.
- Consolidate project KPIs, dashboards, and portfolio‑level reporting for management reviews.
- Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, tools, and best practices.
- Act as an interface between project teams, PMO leadership, and functional stakeholders.
- Support onboarding, coaching, and mentoring of junior PMO or project support staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in project management, PMO, or engineering project support roles.
- Hands‑on experience with project planning, scheduling, reporting, and governance.
- Experience in multi‑project or portfolio environments is preferred.
- Project management certification (PMP, IPMA, Agile) is an advantage.

Requirements
